How fast can you deliver a pie?
Pies are ready from 2 hours after ordering, candies from 1 day. We accept orders from 9:00 to 20:00 and deliver from 11:00 to 22:00.
Where do you deliver?
Across Mukachevo and villages of the Mukachevo district near our bakery in Kenderesiv. At checkout the website checks whether your address is in the delivery zone.
How much is delivery?
It depends on the distance — the cost of fuel for the trip from our bakery to you and back. You'll see the exact amount in your cart before confirming the order.
How can I pay?
On receipt — in cash to the courier or by card transfer. There is no online payment on the website.
Can I order in advance?
Yes, up to 14 days ahead. For holidays we recommend ordering early — we bake a limited number of pies each day.
Can I send a pie as a gift?
Yes. Enter the recipient's contacts and the card text — we'll handwrite it. There will be no receipt or price in the box.
How long does a pie keep?
We use no preservatives, so a pie is best on the day it's baked. Sweet pies keep up to 24 hours at room temperature; cheese and savory pies up to 48 hours in the fridge.
How do I track my order?
After checkout, tap "Track in Telegram" — the bot will tell you when your pie is being baked, on its way and delivered.
Do your products contain allergens?
Our products contain gluten, dairy and eggs, and some contain nuts. Ingredients and allergens are listed on each product page.
