Terms of sale

This is a translation provided for convenience. In case of any discrepancy, the Ukrainian version prevails.

This document is a public offer under Articles 633, 641 and 642 of the Civil Code of Ukraine and the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Rights Protection". By placing an order on the website you accept the terms of this offer.

1. Seller

2. Definitions

• Website — the Fajni Pyrohy website with the catalogue of Products.
• Buyer — an individual who places an Order on the Website.
• Product — pies, candies, gift sets and other products made by the Seller.
• Order — the Buyer's request to purchase Products placed on the Website.
• Recipient — the person to whom the Order is delivered (the Buyer or another person named by the Buyer).

3. Subject of the agreement

3.1. The Seller undertakes to make and transfer the Products to the Buyer according to the Order, and the Buyer undertakes to accept and pay for them on the terms of this offer.

3.2. The agreement is concluded when the Seller confirms the Order (by a message, a phone call or by changing its status to "Accepted").

4. Placing an order

4.1. The Buyer selects Products and provides their name, phone number, preferred contact method, delivery or pickup, delivery address, preferred date and time and, optionally, a comment, card text and Recipient details.

4.2. The Buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the data provided.

4.3. The Seller may contact the Buyer to clarify details. If the Buyer cannot be reached or the Order cannot be fulfilled (for example, due to the daily production limit), the Seller may offer another time or cancel the Order, informing the Buyer.

4.4. Products are made to order. Minimum preparation time: pies — from 2 hours, candies and sets with candies — from 1 day after ordering. Same-day orders are accepted from 9:00 to 20:00; orders are fulfilled from 11:00 to 22:00. Pre-orders are possible up to 14 days ahead.

5. Price and payment

5.1. Prices are listed on the Website in Ukrainian hryvnias (UAH) and are fixed at the time of ordering.

5.2. The delivery cost is calculated automatically based on distance and shown before the Order is confirmed.

5.3. Payment is made on receipt: in cash to the courier or at pickup, or by bank transfer to the Seller's card/account. There is no online payment on the Website.

5.4. The Seller issues a payment document as required by law.

6. Delivery and receipt

6.1. Delivery is available in Mukachevo and villages of the Mukachevo district within the zone described on the "Delivery & payment" page.

6.2. Pickup is available at the Seller's address during fulfilment hours.

6.3. If the Recipient is not at the address at the agreed time and cannot be reached, the courier waits up to 15 minutes. Repeat delivery is charged separately.

6.4. On receipt, the Recipient checks the packaging and the contents of the Order. Ownership and the risk of accidental damage pass to the Buyer upon handover.

7. Quality, storage and returns

7.1. Products are made from natural ingredients without preservatives. Ingredients and allergens are listed on each product page. The Buyer is responsible for taking their own dietary restrictions and allergies into account.

7.2. Storage: sweet pies — up to 24 hours at room temperature; cheese and savory pies — up to 48 hours in the fridge (+2…+6 °C); candies — as indicated on the package.

7.3. Food products of proper quality cannot be exchanged or returned (List approved by Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 172 of 19.03.1994).

7.4. If a Product is of improper quality, damaged or does not match the Order, let us know on the day of receipt with a photo. We will replace the Product or refund its price in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Rights Protection".

8. Cancellation

8.1. The Buyer may cancel the Order free of charge before production starts by informing the Seller.

8.2. Since Products are made individually to order, after production starts the Order may be cancelled only with the Seller's consent.

9. Liability

9.1. The parties are liable for failure to fulfil their obligations in accordance with the laws of Ukraine.

9.2. The Seller is not liable for delivery delays caused by force majeure, including martial law, air-raid alerts, power outages and natural disasters. In such cases we will inform you and agree on a new time.

10. Personal data

By placing an Order, the Buyer consents to the processing of their personal data and the Recipient's data to fulfil the Order in accordance with the Privacy policy. By providing the Recipient's data, the Buyer confirms they are entitled to share it.

11. Other terms

11.1. The Seller may change the terms of this offer. The new version applies from publication on the Website and does not affect Orders already confirmed.

11.2. Disputes are resolved through negotiation and, failing agreement, in accordance with the laws of Ukraine.
